Local Breastfeeding Support

Gloucestershire Breastfeeding Supporters’ Network (GBSN)

If you have any questions about breastfeeding or would like any support with any issue at any stage of your breastfeeding journey, then Gloucestershire Breastfeeding Supporters’ Network are there for you. We run 7 weekly informal support groups across the county in Tewkesbury, Cheltenham, Churchdown, Cirencester, Stroud and Dursley. Each group is run by peer supporters and attended by a Breastfeeding Counsellor. All the groups are informal drop-in groups with plenty of toys for babies and toddlers, books to borrow, bras for sale and loads of information to take away on a huge range of breastfeeding and parenting topics. You don’t have to have a problem to come along, for many it is simply a great baby group to chat and meet other mums. Dads, grandparents and supportive friends are also very welcome. To find out more and see a list of groups, visit www.gbsn.org.uk
